Reservation Voucher
After the voucher is issued, your transfer is confirmed and guaranteed. At the time of transportation you must deliver the same voucher with all the details of the service so that we can verify your identity.

24 hour service
We have a 24h telephone answering line, available through the following number: (+351) 963 933 301. Always have the Voucher Number with you for a better service.

Payment conditions
All payments must be made before departure of the vehicle.
You can make prepayments via: Bank Transfer, ATM, PayPal or cash.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made via email so that it is registered in our system: info@bluesky.com.pt.
You can cancel your transportation without cost if you cancel 48 hours before the same, up to 24 hours before will have a cost of 50% of the amount paid by the customer to the client.
Paid amounts will be returned within 1 week of the cancellation date.

Baggage
When making your reservation, you must inform the amount of luggage that you will carry
(hand luggage, hold bags, golf bags etc.). If you exceed the quantity of baggage allowed, we will not be responsible for your transportation.

Please inform us in advance of your extra baggage requirements before making your reservation as this will be the only way to guarantee your transportation.

Insurance and Warranty
BlueSky Travel and Tourism Agency, is a company duly licensed with RNAVT Nº 6821, that can perform functions in the field of transfers.

Delays
The time of each trip indicated on the Voucher can vary.
We are not responsible for delays before and / or during transport caused by uncontrollable reasons to the company, namely traffic and adverse weather conditions.
Tolerance
Any delays on the part of the customer must be informed by the customer via telephone, we give a maximum tolerance of 15 minutes for all transfers.

Claims
Complaints may be made at our headquarters, with address: Sítio das Alagoas Brancas, 8400-424 Lagoa.

Others
It is not allowed to smoke or drink alcoholic beverages in our vehicles.
We may refuse transportation of persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol, drugs and / or whose behavior is considered incorrect by the driver.
Make sure all passengers carry all personal belongings when leaving the vehicle, BlueSky and its drivers are not responsible for any items left behind or forgotten in the vehicles.
